Founded in 2020 by Sr. PI Sudhir Kudalker, a compassionate officer who transformed his love for animals into a life-changing mission. PAL has rescued and rehabilitated thousands of animals and birds across India. From emergency rescues and legal aid to awareness drives and community education, we work tirelessly to protect the voiceless. With every life we touch, we move closer to a kinder and more empathetic world, where no being is left behind.

We are standing strong with a team of officers, lawyers, and volunteers to fight animal cruelty, ensure justice, and work to build a more cruelty-free society.
Our legal team, led by experts and supported by police officers and lawyers, fights animal cruelty cases across India. We ensure offenders are held accountable and justice is served for voiceless victims.
We rescue animals from abuse, accidents, and neglect, providing them with urgent medical care and emotional healing. We help them recover and find safe homes.
We raise awareness, educate communities, and take legal action to prevent animal cruelty. Through outreach and advocacy, we stand up for the rights and dignity of every living being.
To control overpopulation humanely, we run free sterilisation drives for stray cats and dogs. Post-surgery, animals are cared for and returned safely to their feeders.
Our feeding program ensures that street animals receive regular, nutritious meals. We support passionate feeders with food supplies and organise large-scale drives to reach hundreds every month.
We conduct annual vaccination drives to protect stray animals from deadly diseases like rabies and parvovirus. This not only improves their health but also promotes safer communities.
